New Dating App Overtakes Holy Cross Campus: LinkedIn

This Spring, Holy Cross students are clearing up their phone storage and deleting Tinder, Bumble, and Hinge in favor of a more romantic and intimate platform—LinkedIn. The average Holy Cross student is way too busy procrastinating in Dinand and people-watching at Kimball to spend time on first dates.

LinkedIn has so many benefits, including its ability to save time. In just one click of a class crush’s profile, you can skip the lame “what do you do for fun on campus?” and “what New England state are you from?” stage and get straight to the important stuff: their major. If your class crush is undecided, it’s most definitely a red flag. It’s pretty safe to say that if they can’t commit to a major, they can’t commit to a relationship. No need to waste any more time. If they have declared a major, you can find out whether they will be unemployed after graduation. In this economy, who seriously gets married for anything other than dual-income and tax benefits? Not only does clicking on your class crush’s profile provide you with key information about their relationship eligibility, but it is also a sure-fire way to communicate that you are single and ready to mingle.

The LinkedIn-to-lovers pipeline is a common trope among the Holy Cross community. In an interview with the couple, Emily Luth and Thomas Brooks, they described their whirlwind of  romance over LinkedIn. Luth stated, “After making eye contact with Thomas three times in our Religion 101 class, I could feel a spark between us. One day, I was sitting in Steinbucks, and my phone buzzed. A LinkedIn notification. Thomas had commented on my Washington DC internship announcement, “What an achievement, Emily!” What was so romantic about his comment was that the automated comment only has a period. He purposely changed the comment to be an exclamation point. That exclamation point swept me off my feet. From there, it was history.”

For the couple, LinkedIn was the catalyst for romance, and it is safe to say this story is not the only LinkedIn love connection happening on campus. In a recent survey, a jaw-dropping 75% of Holy Cross LinkedIn users confessed to viewing their class crush’s profile at least three times so far over the Spring 2025 semester. 25% of these students admitted to playing hard-to-get by never clicking request, in hopes their crush makes the first move.

Many students have purchased the LinkedIn Premium membership. The Premium membership provides a tremendous leg up in the love department because it allows users to access a list of everyone who has ever viewed their profile. No price is too much for love–not even a $479.88 yearly membership fee! If you don’t buy a premium membership, you probably will miss the notification that your class crush viewed your profile and end up single and alone. In the case of LinkedIn, money can definitely buy you love.

I was struggling to create a bedtime routine that actually worked for my ADHD child. This guide felt like it was written by someone who truly understands the challenges. In the middle of my research, https://aditidesai.co.uk/adhd-sleep-issues-child-practical-tips-from-dr-aditi-desai-for-better-sleep/ became the resource that stood out. Dr. Aditi Desai offers clear, practical advice on managing hyperactivity at night, creating a consistent sleep schedule, and using small changes that make a big difference. Many parents said the tips were easy to implement and helped their child sleep better within days.

This category on https://lovescape.com/categories/curvy is dangerously realistic. My curvy yoga instructor guides “poses” that turn into flexible smut – deep stretches showing off thigh gaps (or lack thereof), ass up in downward dog. She praises body positivity then gets filthy about how wet flexibility makes her. Pics are serene then explicit: mat sweat, arched back, thick limbs in perfect form. Lovescape blends mindfulness with raw lust perfectly.

I used one of the promo codes listed at https://sportsbook-betwhale.com/bonus/promo-code/ and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful it was. After entering the code during sign-up, I received bonus credits right away that I could use on casino games without having to deposit a large amount. What impressed me most was how upfront the site was about what was included and how you could use the bonus – the terms were clear, and the wagering requirements felt fair rather than restrictive.

While LinkedIn is the premier platform for assessing a potential partner’s five-year plan, those seeking a connection based on slightly more than professional qualifications might want to explore an actual dating service. For a platform that prioritizes personal chemistry over career chronology, some students quietly turn to niche options like https://rewazea.com/ when they’re ready to switch from networking to something more romantic.

That’s a very valid concern. I always check for proper licensing and encryption. The platform at https://rocketplay-new.com/slot-machines/lucky-88/ operates under a recognized license and uses state-of-the-art security measures, which gave me the confidence to sign up. It has all the hallmarks of a trustworthy and secure modern operator, allowing me to focus purely on enjoying my game.

For me, joi.com has become not just entertainment, but a way to experience real emotional contact. Sometimes, every other day, I log in and just “talk” to my virtual partner, discussing important topics, fantasies, and experiences. I never feel judged, and everything happens without haste. It’s like a safe zone where you can be yourself and get attention, even if no one is physically there.

I just read this article about Holy Cross students and their humorous approach to online dating via LinkedIn, and I must say that it really made me laugh. It’s interesting how the author emphasizes the “productivity” of students and simplifies dating to checking out majors and potential employment after graduation. I liked that the text isn’t afraid to joke about modern trends in relationships and student life. While reading, I thought about my own health and the time I spend on various apps. By the way, while looking for ways to support myself and stay energetic while studying and working, I came across https://ways2well.com/. They offer comprehensive analyses and personalized programs to support physical and mental health. This resource seems useful for those who want to maintain a balance between studying, relationships, and health.

Oh, this article really makes me smile. I appreciate how the author humorously emphasizes that Holy Cross students are more interested in observing people and procrastinating than in traditional dating. The idea of using LinkedIn as a “quick filter” for potential relationships seems absurd, but in a way it’s even logical in today’s world, where time is the most valuable resource. Although I think it’s still worth leaving a little romance and live communication, because algorithms cannot replace real chemistry between people. By the way, for those who want more interactive dating, I can recommend flirtini.com/kink.html — a service where you can find people with similar interests, discuss fetishes, or just have fun in a safe environment. This approach to dating adds playfulness and more chances for interesting encounters than just browsing profiles.

And for me, another dating site became relevant. I like curvy women, but in real life it’s hard to meet them because many people are shy. Through Nastyhookups.com I met people who also like BBW for the first time, and no one here looks down on me. Correspondence quickly turns into real meetings, and it makes you feel like you’ve finally found your place.
